WHAT IS ORGANIC FARMING AND IT'S GOAL ?

At the beginning of the 21st century, all kinds of abuse (excessive and unnecessary use) are still made in order to be able to mass produce in agriculture, and all the opportunities of science and technology are used for this. Therefore, the environment is polluted and the natural balance in nature is deteriorated in a way that cannot be compensated again. All the resources of the world are being brutally destroyed, global warming and drought continue uncontrollably, the future of future generations is not considered. Saying "stop" to this trend in any way, and at least in the future, scientists, statesmen and community leaders should act sensibly. Otherwise, the great catastrophe of humanity will not be far away. As a result of these determinations, it is possible to collect the goals (objectives) of organic agriculture under the following headings.

1. To obtain all kinds of use materials that are safe and healthy for all living things, especially for humans. To protect the continuation and health of infant generations, ourselves, and our future generations, especially the producers who carry a 6 times higher risk of cancer by dealing with toxic chemical drugs and fertilizers (0-2 in the United States, in the European Union and especially in Germany, the production of children's food under the age group 6 years old). The use of organic products in production has become a legal obligation).

2. To conserve natural resources by improving and improving the quality of soil, water, air, vegetation and other scarce assets,

3. To take all measures to prevent all kinds of erosion (erosion, transportation and loss) of living things, especially soil,

4. To increase all kinds of living and organic matter in the soil and to enrich agriculture,

5. To save all kinds of water and energy, to avoid all kinds of waste,

6. Starting from small farm enterprises and making contracts with them, as a closure with projects suitable for organic agriculture, to keep the farmers alive in their place, to prevent migration and extinction, but to ensure that their products are worth a price, with the support given to them,

7. Since organic agriculture is also contract farming in one place, the marketing problem is solved by buying and marketing the organic products grown by the farmers. In this way, the distance between the producer and the consumer is shortened. Thus, both the producer gets the value price of his labor and product, and the consumer buys fresh and high quality goods at the expense of value.

8. Local and regional productions will be supported by organic agriculture, and biodiversity and endemic species will be improved as crop, animal and aquatic products, most of which are on the verge of extinction, will be encouraged.

9. One of the most important goals of organic agriculture is not to use Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) as production material in any way. In this way, clean, healthy and safe products will be created for our people and animals.

10. Another very important goal is to increase the income of producers, especially small business owners, by producing cheaper and longer-lasting production as much as possible thanks to organic agriculture. Since plant and animal production will be carried out together in organic agriculture enterprises, the aim of integration in enterprises will be realized to a significant extent.

Undoubtedly, it is possible to produce much broader ideas and thoughts about the aims of Organic Agriculture. However, the most fundamental and fundamental areas have been briefly summarized here.
