TE-TXL-POL-206 V3.1 Standards System Complaints Policy document was published by Textile Exchange on July 1, 2026.
Note: The update from V3.0 to V3.1 clarifies the scope of the policy, particularly in relation to matters that fall outside the Standards System complaints process.
The main change is that trademark infringement matters are now explicitly excluded from the scope of this policy, as they are subject to the relevant legal and trademark processes. Also excluded are matters subject to legal disputes, matters unrelated to certification, matters of contract law, and other issues that are not appropriate for review through the Standards System complaints process.
