TE-TXL-POL-206-V3.1 Standards System Complaints Policy
TE-MM-TEM-106 V1.1 Reclaimed Material Supplier Agreement document was published by Textile Exchange on July 15, 2026.
Note: Please note that this document has been published in advance to support preparation for the Materials Matter Standard. It is intended for use with the Materials Matter Standard and does not replace the current GRS-211 Reclaimed Material Supplier Agreement, which remains applicable under Appendix B of GRS-101-V4.0 and RCS-101-V2.0 until Dec. 31, 2027.
The implementation dates for TE-MM-TEM-106-V1.0 follow the Materials Matter Standard implementation timeline. The document will become effective on December 31, 2026, and mandatory on December 31, 2027.
Once mandatory under the Materials Matter Standard, the agreement shall be completed by any non-certified entity that supplies reclaimed material to the first certified organization in the Materials Matter recycling supply chain, such as a collector, concentrator, or recycler.
The agreement was created to support verification that materials supplied to a certified organization as reclaimed materials would otherwise have entered the waste stream. It also records the supplier's agreement to allow certification bodies to conduct remote verification or an onsite visit to their premises, where applicable.
