本标准适用于谁
Social+ OBP 是叠加在 OBP 收集、回收、生产商/用户或相关模块上的组件标准。它增加社会责任准则，不能替代核心 OBP 来源与监管链模块。
认证覆盖范围
- 已在某一 OBP 模块中的场所，适用 Social+ 文本中的社会责任准则
- 该文本中的工人文件、职业安全及相关社会议题
- 买方要求 OBP + Social+ 时的合并审核
本标准不覆盖的内容
- 把独立工厂社会责任证书（SA8000、BSCI、SEDEX）当作 OBP
- 没有核心 OBP 模块的海洋绑定来源
- GRS 的化学品或再生含量规则
采购方与运营方常问的问题
已有 BSCI，还需要 Social+ 吗？
采购单写明 Social+ 的买方要的是 OBP 组件，不是通用社会责任审核。BSCI 可能减少重复问题，但不会签发 OBP Social+ 声明。
没有收集或回收，能否单独认证 Social+？
Social+ 依附于 OBP 活动。不在核心 OBP 标准内的场所没有有意义的 Social+ 声明。
Social+ 是否覆盖整个集团的生活工资？
它覆盖现行 Social+ 文本在获证场所要求的内容。不要承诺该组件并不审核的集团生活工资政策。
Social+ 能否让我们跳过 OBP 收集区域证据？
不能。来源证据仍在收集模块。Social+ 不能证明塑料是海洋绑定的。
审核前需要准备的材料
- 核心 OBP 模块证书或申请（收集、回收等）
- OBP 场所的工人合同、工时、工资与年龄记录
- 收集或工厂作业的职业健康安全风险评估
- 既有社会责任审核报告（仅作支持证据，不能替代）
- 实际写明 Social+ 的买方规格
常见不符合项
- 把 Social+ 当作 OBP 再生含量来卖
- 用 BSCI 报告代替 Social+ 审核
- 市场要 Social+ 却缺失核心 OBP 模块
- 范围含 Social+ 时链条中有无工人记录的非正式收集者
